Keeping your message focused on your target audience will make it easier to create content around your personal brand and have others define you. This should be done online and offline whether through online communities/ groups or in the workplace.

Carve a niche, and then carve a niche within your niche. The best personal brands are very specific, the narrower your brand is the easier it is for people to remember who you are.
