In these unconventional times, having that awareness of showing empathy and supporting your customer through promotions, special payment conditions for a while, advertorials, lending that arm to support until everything settles again will build advocacy, will make your brand THE BRAND.

As mentioned in an earlier post, start with the customer, focus on their needs and necessities; don’t just sell! customers do not want to hear that they want reassurance, happiness, a glimpse of hope during this COVID19 so create informative content, mentorship content, check what is trending and build a campaign from the people to the people again in the aim to support communities, fellow citizens which will grant you more visibility and leads.

It maybe won’t guarantee a lot of returns today, but will at least ensure your client base for your brand to survive and rise again when everything is clearer.
