At its core, time is money today more than ever. You need to implement agile marketing to your strategies through a tactical marketing approach in which you identify and focus your efforts collectively as a team on high-value projects.

Projects that you discovered as new opportunities and that can deliver on your brand success. You need to complete those projects cooperatively, measure their impact, and then continuously and incrementally improve the results. Improvement during this pandemic is made in hours not days so you start delivering on the new approach immediately ensuring your brand is not overridden by these volatile circumstances hence you need to have the right tools set in place.
